Kent warehouse sells for $8.2M

KENT — A warehouse at 19615 Russell Road in Kent has sold for $8.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was BCK Development LLC, which had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was KOF Enterprises LLC, which is associated with the Cao family and King's Oriental Foods.
