DESC's Rainier Valley proposal now 175 units

Downtown Emergency Services Center has increased the size of its proposed supportive housing project at 1911 22nd Ave. S. DESC closed on the two parcels last year for a combined $4.15 million. The unnamed project has its first design review at 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 24 at the Rainier Arts Center, 3515 S. Alaska St.
