Greenwood Safeway sold for $10.5M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Days after it bought the 3.4-acre Aurora Albertsons property for $6 million, an LLC associated with Washington Holdings has paid $10.5 million for the Greenwood Safeway at 8704 Greenwood Ave. N.

The seller was Safeway, Inc., which had has owned the property for decades. Safeway was acquired by Albertsons in 2015.
