Snoqualmie Ridge site sells for new housing

  • Bellevue-based DevCo. plans 191 affordable units on the site.

    A 3.7-acre parcel at Snoqualmie Ridge has sold for $3.47 million, according to King County records.

    The seller was Snoqualmie Ridge II Development LLC, which acquired the property in 2004 as part of a larger transaction worth over $59 million.
