Nitze-Stagen buys Georgetown site

SEATTLE — An LLC associated with Nitze-Stagen has paid almost $4 million for a property at 6272-6286 Ellis Ave. S. in Georgetown.

The seller was an LLC related to Bowman Morton Manufacturing & Machine, which acquired the property between 2004 and 2007 for about $1.8 million.
