4 Idaho men imprisoned for property management fraud

  • DBSI managed office buildings and shopping centers throughout the nation and sold ownership in those properties to investors.

    • BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Four men convicted in 2014 of fraud stemming from the collapse of an Idaho property management company were finally sent to prison.

    Douglas Swenson, the founder and CEO of bankrupt Meridian-based Diversified Business Services and Investments, or DBSI, was taken into custody Tuesday, the Idaho Statesman reported.
