Alexandria pays $20.5M to buy historic Pioneer Square complex

Developer Rob Brewster renovated the Furuya and Corgiat buildings. The complex is now called Pacific Commercial Building, and has about 45,000 square feet.

Alexandria Real Estate Equities has paid almost $20.5 million for the historic Furuya and Corgiat buildings, at 240 Second Ave. S. in Pioneer Square.
