$50M refi for Hotel Theodore

Hotel Theodore

The Sonnenblick-Eichner Co. of Beverly Hills secured $50 million to refinance the 1929 Hotel Theodore (formerly the Roosevelt), at Seventh and Pike. Provenance Hotels of Portland owns the 21-story, 153-room building, which it acquired in 2015 for $37 million. Proceeds will refinance the acquisition and renovation loan, and return equity to the borrower. The $32 million renovation was completed last November.
