Block, building get Spellman's name

SEATTLE — The King County Administration Building and a Fourth Avenue block were named in honor of the late John Spellman.

The administration building and a stretch of Fourth between James and Jefferson streets in downtown Seattle are now the John Spellman Block and Memorial Building.
