CITC sells Bellevue HQ for $6M; plans move to South King County

CITC says it has outgrown the 21,000 square feet it occupies in Bellevue.

The nonprofit Construction Industry Training Council of Washington has sold its longtime Bellevue headquarters, at 1930 116th Ave. N.E., and plans to move next year to a new building it will buy in South King County.
