125-room hotel in Kent sold for $12M

KENT — A Ramada by Wyndham at 22318 84th Ave. S. in Kent has sold for $12 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Richard and Partners LLC, which acquired the property in 2014 for $8.1 million.
