Nickerson building sells for $2.6M

SEATTLE — The McBride Construction building, at 224 Nickerson St., has sold for a little over $2.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was 224 Nickerson LLC, an entity of the McBride family, which acquired the triangular parcel in 1986 for $105,000, then constructed its two-story headquarters there.
