188 Pierce County units sell for $47M

By JOURNAL STAFF

DUPONT — Clock Tower Village Apartments, at 1090 Ross Ave. in DuPont, sold for $46.7 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller was an LLC related to Security Properties, which acquired the property in 2016 for $30 million.

The buyer was Sunroad Clock Tower Apartments LLC, which is associated with Sunroad Enterprises of San Diego.
