SeaTac mobile home park sells for $38M

In the second of two recent transactions at Bow Lake 55+ Residential Community, at 18050 32nd Ave. S. in SeaTac, the roughly 46-acre main property has sold for $38.4 million, according to King County records. The seller was Bow Lake Inc. of Spokane, which had owned the property for decades.
