Goodman gets DNS for next phase of Northgate complex

The 235-unit project would join two other completed buildings in a complex called The Lane.

Goodman Real Estate has already built and sold Phase I of The Lane in Seattle's Northgate neighborhood, near future Northgate light rail station. The two-building complex has 217 units.
