Real Estate Buzz: Ivanoff sees ‘pretty strong demand'

A top Seattle real estate broker said negotiations are under way for tenants to lease about 700,000 square feet in three speculative office projects in downtown Seattle.

Bill Pollard, principal with Pacific Real Estate Partners, said the projects are Schnitzer West's 1918 Eighth, Touchstone's West 8th and Vulcan Real Estate's 2201. So far, they have no announced office tenants.
