There's some interesting buzz about who's acquiring 7th & Madison, but the rumored buyers aren't talking.
Last week, the chatter was two local entities were teaming up to buy the empty new office building for just over $150 a square foot, well below replacement cost. The buyers reportedly had a tenant in tow.
