Another piece of the Denny Triangle is on the market, and this one is ripe for new development.
The 28,000-square-foot Goodyear property at Stewart Street and Boren Avenue is now a tire store and surface parking lot but Craig Hill, a Grubb & Ellis broker, says it could accommodate up to 200,000 square feet of office space or 500,000 square feet of office and housing.
