AIA Project of the Month: The perfect screen for a campus garage

  • With enrollment rising, parking was becoming a major issue in the last decade — on and off campus. Residents on neighboring streets called to complain about student parking, and were putting pressure on the city of Bellevue to issue parking permits.

    There’s probably a rule against putting a massive parking garage near the center of a college campus. If so, the new garage at Bellevue Community College is the perfect exception.
