On the Block: Could these Uptown offices convert?

Developed in 1985, the four-story Queen Anne Plaza is one of those bland, beige, unremarkable office buildings that rarely merits a second look.

The corner structure at 201 Queen Anne Ave. N. was the longtime home to Zenith American, a corporate benefit manager, that decamped in 2018 for Bothell. After that, according to the sales listing from Cushman & Wakefield, it was used mainly as the construction offices for the Climate Pledge Arena crews.
