Real Estate Buzz: Record price for Spear Street’s 202 Westlake?
Several real estate sources said a deal is being negotiated for the six-story office building for more than $700 per square foot, or $90.58 million.
Spear Street Capital is selling 202 Westlake, and rumor has it the price will set a record.
