Atreg hires Wade Moller

Atreg, a Seattle-based firm that specializes in disposing of high tech manufacturing facilties such as semiconductor fabrication plants and cleanrooms, named Wade Moller a vice president. Moller advised Amazon on how to structure supply chains, and on the acquisition and disposition of assets. He also worked on Amazon Web Services, Amazon's Lab126 and Amazon Publishing. Moller also was an assistant director at Weyerhaeuser.

ULI offers bike tour of SLU, Fremont

Urban Land Institute Northwest's Thriving Communities Task Force will lead a bicycle tour Sept. 15 of South Lake Union, Westlake and Fremont. The event begins at 2 p.m. at the Center for Wooden Boats, 1010 Valley St. Alyssa Mehl of Bellwether Housing, Marc Gearhart of Holland Partner Group and Sandra Woods of Seattle Department of Transportation will lead the tour. New president at Associa EMB

Bellevue-based Associa EMB Management named Nicole Washington president. Washington was national training director for a real estate firm in Dallas. Washington has more than 18 years of experience in real estate with an emphasis on apartments, condos and single-family rentals. Associa EMB Management is an affiliate of the Dallas-based housing management company Associa, which has more than 9,000 employees in 170 offices in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, United Arab Emirates and South Africa.

NAIOP offers Point Ruston tour

On Sept. 10, the Washington chapter of NAIOP will offer a tour of Point Ruston, a 97-acre site along the Tacoma-Ruston waterfront that could eventually house up to 3,000 people. Two million square feet of shopping, entertainment and recreation space are planned. The tour begins at 3:30 p.m. at Copperline Apartments, 5005 Ruston Way. Candalla new ED for Wesley Homes

Candalla

Alexander Candalla has been named executive director of Wesley Homes Des Moines, a senior housing provider. He will oversee redevelopment of the 45-acre campus. Today it has three apartment buildings, units for independent and assisted living, and a skilled nursing and rehab center. Candalla was executive director of a retirement community in California. Wesley Homes was founded in 1944 and is affiliated with the Pacific Northwest Conference of United Methodist Church. Wesley Homes operates a senior housing complex in Auburn and provides home health services.
