Washington State Department of Transportation provides these freeway video snapshots -- you are given access to the images from many of the cameras located along the freeways of the Puget Sound area. Each of these images is about 16K in size and should be updated about every 1.5 minutes. For the W.S.D.O.T.Incident Report click here.
