BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) Yellowstone National Park is opening its roads to the public for snow vehicle travel this week.
The Billings Gazette reports that visitors can travel the park on commercially guided snowmobiles and snowcoaches from the north, west, and south entrances or on noncommercial guides with the proper permits. The park’s east entrance over Sylvan Pass isn’t scheduled to open until Dec. 22.
