Not too many years ago if you heard the word “face book” you would think it referred to a book about faces. If you heard “twitter” you might have imagined a flock of birds. If you heard “linked in” maybe would would think of a chain. “My space” probably described where you happened to be standing.
Today, they are all about social networking. Is this something you welcome? And if you do, is it just because of the novelty and hype, or do you see measurable gains for your company in marketing, business development, client relationships or company morale?
