Horton Lantz

Horton Lantz has recently completed work on a national ad campaign, brochure and new logo identity for Colorado's Vail Mountain. The campaign is focused on the Denver area. The Seattle advertising, design and interactive firm began work on the project last spring.

Golder

Golder Associates Inc. announced the following additions to its Redmond office. Lisa Dally Wilson joined Golder as a senior project manager in water resources, responsible for water resource management planning and engineering. Dally Wilson previously owned her own company, Dally Environmental, from 1991 to 2001, and has 18 years experience in water resources engineering and hydrology.

Mark Anderson joined Golder as senior environmental engineer, where he is chiefly responsible for managing major environmental projects in the power and energy fields. He previously managed environmental permitting and EIS projects in the energy and transportation fields for Shapiro & Associates, Inc. Anderson has more than 27 years of experience managing environmental projects for public and private clients.

Samantha Collins joined Golder as staff hydrogeologist, and is working on water resources projects including groundwater flow and water quality. Collins recently received an M.A. in geology from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Golder provides comprehensive consulting services in support of environmental, industrial, natural resources and civil engineering projects.

Sclater

Sclater Partners Architects, a full service architectural design and planning firm in Seattle, has named Jay E. Reeves and Craig L. Kasman partners. Reeves rejoined the firm in 1997 after 13 years with a Seattle real estate developer as project manager/owner's representative. He is the principal in charge of a 10-story office building currently under construction at Fifth and Jackson, a 3-story mixed-use facility for the non-profit Treehouse and several major tenant improvement projects. His background includes work on retail, multi-family residential and commercial projects.

Kasman has been with Sclater Partners for 12 years and was principal in charge of the recently completed Corner at Bellevue Square. He has 26 years of architectural design and planning experience and is project manager for all facility improvement projects at Bellevue Square and Bellevue Place. He is also the principal in charge of the Bellevue Place expansion, currently under development, that will add a new tower to the existing mixed-use facility.

Entranco

Entranco, an engineering and environmental consulting company with offices throughout the western United States, announced the addition of Pat Allen as development engineering manager for the Olympia office. He will lead the development program and project management services for clients. Allen has 14 years of experience in the civil engineering and land development industry with design, management and supervisory expertise in commercial, residential and infrastructure projects for private, public and military clients. His previous experience includes work with a multidiscipline-consulting firm, a design-build general contractor, and as an independent consultant

Shawn S. Summersett has joined R. W. Beck Inc., an engineering and consulting firm, as a senior civil engineer/project manager for the Seattle infrastructure services group.

In his new position, Summersett will provide project management, construction management and civil engineering planning and design services for stormwater, wastewater and water utilities and solid waste facilities.

Summersett, who has more than 10 years of experience, was formerly a civil engineer with TranSystems Corp. in Seattle. R.W. Beck is a management consulting and engineering firm with 21 offices.

Cary Kopczynski & Co., a Bellevue structural engineering firm, announced that Panos Trochalakis has been promoted to associate. His primary responsibilities include structural design and project management. Trochalakis is managing the structural design of a 21-story mixed-use building at Second and Pine in Seattle, the 12-story Vine Building condominiums in Seattle, Southport Bristol and Carling Apartments in Renton and the Avalon on the Square mixed-use project in Bellevue. He has 10 years of engineering design and management experience.

He has 16 years of municipal wastewater, stormwater and water system evaluation and design experience; environmental assessment, impact and cleanup experience; as well as project and construction management experience.

Allerdice

Nakea Allerdice has joined HBB, Inc., a mechanical engineering firm based in Seattle, as a CAD technician. Allerdice, a graduate of ITT Technical Institute, has an associate degree in computer aided drafting and design, and four years experience in mechanical engineering document production. Current assignments are the Pearson Elementary School remodel for North Kitsap School District, Grays Harbor College library remodel and the new elementary School No. 12 for the Mukilteo School District.
