Path Engineers has added Lee W. Bogard, as director of mechanical engineering and Brian Woebke as mechanical project manager.
Bogard has more than 20 years experience as a mechanical engineer on projects in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. His experience includes project management, mechanical design, construction administration, commissioning services, value engineering and energy studies.
Woebke was a project manager with RICE Group and works on the design of mechanical systems for schools as well as other facilities. Emerson Elementary School in Everett is one of his current projects.
Path Engineers, LLC is a mechanical and electrical engineering firm with offices in Mill Creek and Honolulu.

Cary Kopczynski & Co., a Bellevue structural engineering firm, promoted Ron Mirahsani, Jeff D. Brink and Andrew Ayling to project manager.
Mirahsani is managing a nine-story condominium building downtown and Island Market Square on Mercer Island. Ayling is managing townhome projects in Issaquah and a multifamily project in Kirkland. Brink is managing Asher Place Condominiums in Portland and a casino parking structure in Olympia.
CKC provides structural engineering services for buildings and parking structures around the U.S.

Three new employees have joined the Seattle office of Lease Crutcher Lewis: Bryan Gormley as a project manager in the Commercial Division; Katie Henry as a project engineer; and Helen Robinson as an accounting assistant in accounts payable. Gormley has 10 years of construction experience, working mostly for Mortenson. He holds a bachelor's degree in building construction from the University of Washington. Henry is a recent graduate of Stanford University, where she earned bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering. Robinson holds an associate certificate from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Otto Rosenau & Associates has opened a new office along Martin Luther King Jr. Way South in Seattle. The company provides geotechnical engineering, special inspection and materials testing services.
