The Seattle architectural design and planning firm Sclater Partners Architects added two to its design team. Robbin Gray has six years of retail and space planning experience and is working on expansion of Bellevue Place and Bellevue's Lincoln Square. Stephanie Wascha is working on a project to customize condominium units in One Lincoln Tower, the hotel and residential part of Lincoln Square.

Montgomery Water Group named Daniel Turner senior civil engineer. Turner has 16 years of experience in civil and water resources engineering, mostly for fish passage, hatcheries and fish habitat improvement projects.
Lawrence P. Ahern was promoted to principal at DLR Group. Ahern has 29 years of experience in higher education facility planning and design. Structural engineer Daniel A. Munn was promoted to principal. Munn has 12 years of experience on justice, retail and education facilities. Scott M. Rose was promoted to principal and works on project and construction management.
Todd P. Ferking was promoted to senior associate and focuses on retail design. The following were promoted to associates: Carrie M. Baldwin, architect; James A. Beck, electrical engineer; Andrea L. Bilbrey, interior designer; Robert G. Hayden, architect; Joseph W. Hines, architect; Jack E. Matteoti, mechanical engineer; Hoa T. Vu, architectural intern; and Michael S. DLR Group is an architecture, engineering, planning and interiors firm. It has 15 offices around the country.
Seattle's Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership, an architecture, planning and interior design firm, has made several promotions. Associate partners are: Andrea Bellon; Sandy Craig; David Curtin; Mark Gesinger; Jim Hinkle; Leslie Morison; Kim Scott; Tobin Thompson; and Anne Whitacre. Associates are John N. ZGF has offices in Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.
Bellevue-based Entranco's board of directors appointed Dennis Cearns chief executive officer and president. Cearns succeeds Gary Van Wieringen. Cearns was senior vice president and Bellevue branch manager. Entranco also appointed Gil Walker as director. Walker was vice president and branch manager for the Boise office. Entranco has other offices in Olympia, Phoenix, Tucson and Helena, Mont. The environmental and engineering consulting firm does public works, infrastructure and private development projects.
Path Engineers added Lee W. Bogard as director of mechanical engineering and Brian Woebke as mechanical project manager. Bogard has more than 20 years of experience on projects in Washington, Oregon and Alaska. Bogard was a principal for the Rice Group in Lynnwood and is working on renovations to schools in Renton, Everett and Marysville and upgrades to facilities for Verizon Communications. Woebke was a project manager with the Rice Group and is designing mechanical systems for Emerson Elementary School in Everett. Path Engineers is a mechanical and electrical engineering firm with offices in Mill Creek and Honolulu.
Candela Architectural Lighting Consultants added Lucrecia Blanco as a lighting designer. Blanco is from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and directed a lighting design program as an assistant professor at Northern Illinois University. She designs theater and dance productions around the country. Seattle-based Candela provides architectural lighting services for commercial, educational and medical campuses, civic centers and entertainment venues.
