David Sturtevant was named vice president and manager of CH2M Hill's 350-person Bellevue office. He will represent the company's nine business groups in western Washington. He has been with CH2M Hill for 18 years.

Redmond-based GeoEngineers added Michael Kenrick as a principal. Kenrick is a hydrogeologist with 25 years of international experience and will focus on water and natural resources. GeoEngineers provides earth science, technology and environmental consulting services.

Seattle's Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corp. named Michael A. Pawlak principal. Gary L. Powell is a senior project manager. Pawlak has 30 years of consulting experience in transportation engineering and planning. Powell will manage transportation engineering projects and business development.

Seattle's Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership named Kalman H. Axelrod principal. Axelrod has 35 years of experience on projects including Providence Seattle Medical Center, and retail and mixed-use projects in the Pacific Rim. He was associate principal at Callison Architecture in Seattle, and also a principal in NBBJ's San Francisco office. ZGF is an architecture, planning and interior design firm.

Mithun

Seattle-based Mithun added architect Richard Robison as a principal. Robison specializes in planning, space programming and design of research and health care facilities. He was with CollinsWoerman, where he did projects in the science and technology market. He was also director of health care planning and design at Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum in Los Angeles.

ARC Architects

ARC Architects added Jennifer Reese and BJ Montoya. Reese graduated from Penn State with a master's in architecture. Montoya has 4 years of experience, including a year with Habitat for Humanity. His background is in health care and community projects. He has a bachelor's in environmental design from Ball State University.

DCI Engineers added Matthew Toton to its Bellevue office as structural project manager, Amanda Johnson as structural project engineer and Robert Ashton as civil project engineer. A new CAD designer is Scott Brown. DCI is a civil and structural engineering firm with Washington offices in Bellevue, Spokane and Everett.

CDi Engineers added four to its Lynnwood mechanical consulting firm. Dawne Herrick is a mechanical engineer working on Everett Mall and Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland. New CAD technicians are Jaemin Yoo, Bret Von Poppenberg and Andrea Osterday. CDi Engineers promoted Rachelle Lynch to mechanical designer and Greg Enlow to information support specialist.

Callison

Seattle-based Callison Architecture added Robert Fisher as an associate principal. Fisher will focus on business development and manage accounting. He was vice president in Gensler's Los Angeles office. Callison provides planning and design services for clients around the world.

Clark/Kjos Architects

David Frum has been named as a firm principal in the Seattle office of Clark/Kjos Architects.Alex Hill and Connie Ables were recently named principals in the Portland office. The firm specializes in health care. Frum led projects for Children's Hospital & Regional MedicalCenter and Grays Harbor Community Hospital. Information technology manager Hill is working on projects for Silverton Hospital and Pacific Medical Buildings. Ables oversees administrative staff, human resources and financial accounting.

Integrus Architecture named Upendra N. Trivedi structural engineer. Trivedi has 32 years of project experience and his expertise is in structural design for educational facilities. He is working on high school projects located in Washington. Integrus provides architectural, planning, interior design and structural engineering services, with offices in Seattle and Spokane.
