Harding is the project manager for Lincoln Middle School in Pullman. O'Malley is project manager for the InCyte Pathology Laboratory Building in Spokane and is working on other projects at Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d'Alene.
Hoffman is an electrical/communications designer and project manager who helped form the company's electrical engineering division. He's working on a technology center in Spokane's University District as well as Mount View Elementary School in Seattle.

The Bellevue structural engineering firm Cary Kopczynski & Co. added senior engineers Dan Fredrickson and Tom Lee. Fredrickson has 12 years of experience and is working on a 19-story multi-family project in Seattle. Lee has 20 years of experience in structural engineering and is working on Asher Place Condominiums, a six-story building in Portland. Bill Liang has joined as a CAD drafter.
David E. Wark was recently named senior designer and historic architect for Portland's Hennebery Eddy Architects. Wark's nearly 30 years of experience include work with the National Parks Service. He is working on a house at Lewis & Clark College for the General Services Administration. Hennebery Eddy Architects is a Portland architectural, interior design and planning firm.
Berger/Abam Engineers added Ginny Hoglund-Gray as project manager in its Seattle office. She has 27 years of experience on site civil, transportation and stormwater projects. She has designed transportation, drainage and utility improvements, and did work at Redmond campuses for Microsoft and Safeco.
Berger/Abam is a consulting firm that specializes in buildings, public works and special structure projects. Offices are in Federal Way, Portland and Las Vegas.
Quantum Consulting Engineers named Scott Tinker senior project manager. Tinker has 10 years of structural engineering experience, including structural design and management for the Greenwood Library in Seattle and Tacoma Community College's Information Technology Center Building. He is working on a mixed-use project in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Mona Davis has joined Triad Associates as a planner. Davis has 12 years of planning experience, including work for Snohomish County and Douglas County, Colo. John Salisbury, who was with Worthy & Associates, joined Triad as a landscape graphic designer. Roy Lewis was named project principal. He has 27 years of civil engineering experience, 18 with Triad. Mark Keller was also named project principal. Keller has 14 years of experience as a civil engineer.
