Schacht Aslani Architects

Sukyee Pang is a new project manager of the North Seattle Integrated Resources project for Schacht Aslani Architects. She worked for Callison before joining Schacht Aslani. Also new to the firm is Evan Bourquard, who previously worked for Miller/Hull Partnership and Bosworth Hoedemaker Architecture. He is working on the Auburn Library expansion and a planning study for the Santa Barbara (Calif.) Museum of Natural History.

Parametrix

Parametrix hired Robert Mitchell as a senior survey consultant. He will focus on business development across markets and services, both externally and internally within Parametrix. Before joining the engineering and planning company, he managed the survey and GIS development program for the Port of Tacoma's Blair Hylebos Peninsula Terminal redevelopment for a local firm. He also worked on surveying for Brightwater, Alaskan Way Viaduct, Wild Horse Wind Power, SR520 right-of-way and Thea Foss Waterway.

Kittelson & Associates

The international transportation planning, engineering and research firm Kittelson & Associates named three new shareholders, including Peter Koonce, a principal engineer, in the Portland office. The firm's other new shareholders are Brandon Nevers and Jim Schoen.
