Kennedy Jenks Consultants has added two client service managers to expand its construction services. Engineer
Jeff Faunce is the new company-wide Construction Services Practice leader, based in Seattle.
Randy Hunter is the new Southern California Regional Construction manager, based in Irvine, Calif. Faunce has worked on water and wastewater treatment plants, highways, rail and superfund remediation. He recently created a construction management division for a local architecture and engineering firm that grew from zero to 20 people in less than four years. He will coordinate with construction managers and client service managers throughout the firm, and conduct constructability reviews and audits. Hunter has worked on water infrastructure, environmental remediation and buildings. He is responsible for construction management services throughout the Southwest. He and Faunce will coordinate with other client service managers on construction management and design-build pursuits.
Johnson Braund Design Group has two new staff members: architect
Greg J. Hartman, who is part of the hospitality design group, and landscape architect
Jessica Marquardt. In addition to architecture and landscape architecture services, the firm offers interior design and planning. Johnson Braund works as a national prototype developer for Marriott and consults on local affordable housing projects.

Two civil engineers,
Raymond Smalling and
Jennifer Allen, have joined Bellingham's 2020 Engineering. Smalling, whose experience includes municipal, educational and health care projects, is a senior project manager. Allen, who is working as an economist for 2020, has experience in wastewater and hazardous waste engineering, economics, environmental policy and regulation, bioremediation, and constructed treatment wetlands.
David Golner is a new technology project manager at Sparling's Seattle office. The firm provides electrical, technology, audiovisual, acoustical and lighting design. He relocated to the Northwest from Wisconsin, where at his previous job he created a new service helping hospitals meet 2008 Joint Commission Emergency Preparedness requirements. He is technology designer for the Performing Arts Center Eastside in Bellevue, Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Fort Campbell Medical/Dental Clinic in Kentucky and St. Josephs Hospital in Bellingham. Past projects are Phoenix Children's Hospital and Oregon State Hospital.
