Fehr & Peers promoted Kendra Breiland to principal. Breiland joined the firm in 2007 and transferred to the Seattle office in 2009, where she has been operations manager and senior transportation planner/project manager. Breiland specializes in comprehensive planning, multi-modal planning, corridor studies, and fee program development.

ALSC Architects of Spokane hired Jodi Kittel as a project architect and Tawnya Becker as a document specialist. Kittel was with Spokane Public Schools capital projects and planning. She is working on Urban Outfitters in downtown Spokane. Becker was with Freeman School District, and has attended the Community College of the Air Force. ALSC provides planning and design services.

Marcia Medina rejoined GHD's Seattle office as surface water lead. Medina has worked in the firm's San Francisco, Adelaide and Seattle offices. Before that, she was with RoseWater Engineering, which merged with GHD. Medina has over 14 years of experience in stormwater engineering and remediation for roadway and railway projects and commercial, industrial and residential sites. GHD provides engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services.

Richard Moewe joined Parametrix as a senior consultant in the Seattle office. For over 35 years, Moewe has led consultant construction services for infrastructure, public facility and rail transit projects. He was senior construction manager for the North-South Rail Project in Saudi Arabia. At Parametrix, he will provide construction management for transportation and community facility projects. The firm offers services in transportation, natural resources, community building, water solutions, and environmental engineering and science, with offices in the western U.S.

John D. Reeves joined EBDG as a project manager/senior engineer in Seattle. Reeves is a naval architect and marine engineer with 22 years of experience leading teams and directing engineering, maintenance, safety and operations for the U.S. Coast Guard, where he attained the rank of captain. That includes engineering and operations at sea, being a port engineer and manager of industrial repair facilities, and maintaining vessels. EBDG provides naval architecture, marine engineering and production support services, with offices also in New Orleans and Ketchikan.

Davido Consulting Group hired Robert Bennion, Guenwen Jiang, Eric Maunder and Eric Schossow as engineers. Bennion has eight years of experience in civil and structural engineering with an emphasis on roadway, drainage, water distribution and sanitary sewer systems. Jiang worked on capital projects for Seattle Public Utilities. Maunder has done structural analysis and civil design work on house, multi-use and commercial projects in Seattle. Schossow has worked in multifamily, mixed-use and site development and has a background in project management. Bennion works on Whidbey Island. Jiang splits his time between that office and Lake Forest Park. Maunder and Schossow work in Lake Forest Park.

In Tacoma, the firm promoted Ben Lee to project engineer, and Jamie Sloan and Sierra Mott to senior staff scientists. Renando does groundwater, soil and vapor/gas sampling field work. Ford supports geotechnical projects, including landslide repairs, public works and private development. Waibel is responsible for operation and maintenance on remediation sites and environmental due diligence. Lee does hydrogeologic characterizations, well design and tracks water policy changes. Sloan assists in permitting and compliance, and has project management duties. Mott does environmental reporting, field and data management, and project manager support. The Edmonds firm provides geotechnical and environmental engineering, remediation, permitting and compliance services.
