Erskine is an electrical project manager and engineer with over a decade of experience. Fonslow is an electrical engineer, project manager and LEED designer with over 10 years of experience. Lemasa is a land surveyor and senior project surveyor who has over 32 years of experience. Woodward is a senior project manager and electrical engineer focusing on water, wastewater, power generation and industrial facilities. He has over 29 years of experience. Butler, Gdak, Ruiz, Tobin, Lemasa and Woodward work in Bellevue. Jackson works in Lynnwood, and Erskine and Fonslow are in Seattle. The Lakehouse

Jason Wilson, the chef-owner of Miller’s Guild, will open a new restaurant, The Lakehouse, and a cocktail bar called Civility & Unrest on Thursday in the W Bellevue hotel, which is part of Lincoln Square’s expansion in The Bellevue Collection. The Lakehouse design was inspired by the area’s early settlements, lake homes and small farms. Civility & Unrest is at street level below The Lakehouse, and was designed as a modern speakeasy. Both are owned by Wilson, and run by him and his El Gaucho Hospitality partners. Wilson will provide room service for W Bellevue, and services for the luxury apartments above W Bellevue and Lincoln Square South.
