Coffman Engineers named Allison Hazen a principal owner. Hazen is the civil department manager in the Seattle office. She has over 18 years of experience and is a civil engineer. Her recent work includes project management for several Boeing NW region projects, federal work, and a partnership with Central Washington University to develop an ADA upgrade program, perform a campus-wide survey and generate an ADA transition plan. Coffman is a national multidiscipline engineering firm.

IA Interior Architects promoted Kim Parsley to account executive and Lynn Vandeberg to co-managing director of the Seattle office. Parsley collaborates with all IA offices and its global partners. She guides select IA account work, providing leadership, strategy and process improvement in this director level position. Parsley has over 25 years of account management experience, has led teams on projects and has done work globally. She works in Seattle. Vandeberg, a principal and account manager, has been on Seattle's leadership team and has led large accounts including over 8 million square feet of work in Seattle. She will be instrumental in the continued growth of IA in the Northwest and national markets. The global firm is focused exclusively on interior architecture and strategies.

Kumar holds a master of public administration with a certificate in interior design from the University of Madras in Chennai, India, and an associate in arts in interior studies from Bellevue College. She has 10 years of experience in interior design and is working on medical and dental tenant improvement projects. Fullerton holds a bachelor of applied arts in interior design from Bellevue College. She has four years of experience in interior design and is working on office and health care tenant improvement projects. Freiheit is a commercial architecture and interior design firm.

In Hayden, Idaho, Trindera Engineering hired Sherise Nimmo as office manager and Nick Zito and Cody Litzko as an automation engineers. In Spokane, it hired Bobby Le Nguyen as an electrical engineer. Nimmo worked in the Department of Small Business Development Center at Washington State University. Zito has over 20 years of electrical experience with a background in PLC and HMI programing, automation, motor controls and troubleshooting of electrical and controls systems. He is a certified journeyman electrician and is familiar with the National Electrical Code. He was with Paw-Taw-John Services. Litzko is in the municipal and automation group for water and wastewater projects. He has a bachelor of mechanical engineering from the University of Idaho, and worked at Sargent and Lundy in Richland. Le Nguyen is in the municipal group for water and wastewater projects. He has a bachelor's in electrical engineering from Eastern Washington University. Trindera is an engineering firm that works in the municipal market on water, wastewater, public and infrastructure projects.

Spokane-based Bernardo Wills Architects hired Robert Soderstrom as an architect and Chad Kilmer as a BIM/CAD technician. Soderstrom is working on the new Spokane Teachers Credit Union branch in Rathdrum, Idaho, and McKinstry's new office in Pasco. He has 30 years of experience in the profession. He was a self-employed architect in Australia; before that, he owned Soderstrom Architects design studio in Boulder, Colorado. Kilmer is providing drafting, design and construction support for the Spokane Parks and Recreation North Bank Regional Playground and the new Numerica Credit Union branch in Pasco. He has 25 years of drafting experience and has done drafting and design work for architectural and engineering firms, general contractors and developers on a contract basis. Bernardo Wills provides architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and master planning.

HNTB Corp. hired Loreana Marciante as its emerging mobility solutions engineer, based in Bellevue. Marciante is a resource in electric vehicle solutions, supports Zero Emission Vehicle programs and helps the firm strengthen partnerships with technology solution providers. She has nearly two decades of experience in the urban built environment. She was the sustainable transportation lead within the Paul G. Allen philanthropic portfolio, where she oversaw the Smart City Challenge, a $50 million partnership with the U.S. Department of Transportation. She also worked on the Juan Santamaria International Airport expansion in Costa Rica and Sound Transit light rail in Seattle. She has a commercial real estate development background, including on Vulcan Real Estate projects.

Clinch has nearly 20 years of experience leading teams and projects across industries and design types. He is particularly passionate about designing and leading projects for higher education and science and technology clients. Baker works on health care, higher education, civic and corporate building interiors and workplaces. Supp has over 14 years of experience in architectural design and has worked on health care, civic, educational and commercial development projects.

Tyner has been a senior project architect, with experience that includes large-scale projects such as multifamily, stadiums, hospitals and performing arts centers. He also leads the Seattle arm of Perkins+Will's Resilience Research Lab, exploring ways to make the built environment more resilient to natural disaster and climate change. Kleiner is the Seattle studio's sustainability leader. He delivers environmentally responsible projects to higher education and civic clients.

Xu's project experience spans from workplaces to mixed-use projects, and his relationship-building skills have helped define some of the studio's strongest partnerships. Nebel has a broad range of project experience, from custom homes to a full-city-block hospital. He carries out large projects and deliverables for a range of clients. Wuttig has helped clients with design development and project coordination, in renovations and new construction, across higher education campuses, civic spaces and science and technology facilities. Rice has over 32 years of experience as a project architect, and has worked on complex health care projects.

In Tacoma, BCRA promoted Lori Robbin, Justin Goroch, Joe Rydman, Heather Hocklander and Ben Dort to the newly created position of associate principal.

Robbin has been with BCRA for 16 years. She leads the interior design group and works in multiple markets with an emphasis in education and YMCAs. She also leads internal design initiatives. Goroch is a civil engineer who was hired 13 years ago. He works in the residential, education and YMCA markets and is market lead for the single-family residential market.

Rydman is an architect who has been with BCRA for 14 years. He is the multifamily residential market lead, with projects that have included Madison 25, Stadium Apartments and The Luke. Architect Heather Hocklander was hired 19 years ago and leads the education market. She is managing projects with Tacoma Public Schools, and the Centralia, Yelm and Peninsula school districts. She has project management and alternative project delivery experience.

Dort is a civil engineer who leads the public works market and serves parks and recreation clients. He has worked to grow BCRA's civil engineering capabilities in his 12 years with the firm. He will continue leading projects and working with local agencies, and will lead operational initiatives.
