Andrew Bergh: Duct taping prank results in lawsuits

Duct tape, originally developed during World War II in 1942 as a water-resistant sealing tape for ammunition cases, can be used in a thousand different ways.

Duct tape is also good for pranks. For example, want a few laughs at work? Just wrap one of your coworkers in duct tape from ankles to shoulders, and hear the guffaws follow. But one word of caution: before engaging in such horseplay, you should probably read Grabowski v. Mangler.
