Andrew Bergh: Bothell case becomes a tale of two counties

Bothell is one of the few cities in the state that is located in two counties.
Except possibly for Bothell residents, most people could probably care less about this factoid. Thanks to its two-county status, however, James Barnhart recently won a reversal of his criminal conviction.
