Veber Partners, a Portland-based investment banking firm, announced that Sharon VanSickle has accepted Veber Partners’ invitation to join its advisory board. Current members of the board include Doug Bean, Harry Demorest, Jerry Parsons, Nick Stanley and Matt Chapman. VanSickle is president and CEO of KVO Public Relations, a Fleishman-Hillard company, which is headquartered in Portland, Ore. Fleishman-Hillard is the fifth-largest public relations firm worldwide and the largest in the United States.
EverTrust Financial Group, the holding company of Everett Mutual Bank, announced the promotion of Susan Gammell as branch manager of the bank’s Madison branch. Gammell brings more than 25 years of customer service in the financial service industry to her new position.

DocuTouch, a Seattle-based company which provides an online environment for creating, managing and signing legally binding documents using digital signature technology, announced it has hired Mark Sanders as corporate legal counsel and Kelly Butler as international business manager. Sanders will oversee the company's contract negotiations, as well as issues relating to statutory compliance, liability, intellectual property, financing and corporate management. Butler is responsible for evaluating and pursuing business partnerships for the company in European markets.
Advantiv, a Phoenix-based company that provides e-business solutions for Decision Lifecycle Management, has hired Seattle software start-up professional, James Robb as executive vice president. Robb has worked in domestic and international software sales and marketing with Galleon Technologies, Wall Data, Primus Communications, Endura Software, and Attachmate Corp.
Financial Security Group, a Bellevue-based financial planning and asset management firm, recently hired three new team members. Marianne Fimiani has joined the company as front office coordinator. The Snohomish County Public Utility District has named Manly Kanoa as its new assistant general manager of customer service. In the position, Kanoa will oversee the district's customer service division and serve on its leadership team to help advance the utility's business goals and adjectives.
InterWest Bancorp, an Oak Harbor-based bank holding company, announced the appointment of Kim Brace to executive vice president and chief administrative officer. Brace oversees the operations, marketing, facilities, information systems and human resource functions.
