Pacific Northwest Theatre Associates

Seattle-based Pacific Northwest Theatre Associates will move its headquarters, retail operation and warehouse from Westlake to Georgetown. As of Sept. 30, the company will operate out of its new location at 615 S. Alaska St., Seattle, WA 98108-1728. PNTA is the Northwest's largest theater production supplier.

American Motels Acquisition Co.

American Motels Acquisition Co. purchased the Park Inn Hotel & Conference Center in Chippewa Falls, Wisc., bringing its total number of holdings to 20 hotels and nearly 2,400 rooms. The Seattle-based company operates and invests in motels and hotels throughout the United States, with most of its holdings in the Northwest and Midwest.

Ramada Inn

Heather D. Patrick has been named director of sales for the Ramada Inn Downtown Seattle. The 120-room hotel is located at 2200 Fifth Ave., at Blanchard St. Patrick was assistant general manager and director of sales for the Red Lion Hotel Seattle South and guest service manager at the Wyndham Hotel Seattle Airport. She also worked with Puffin Hotels of Anchorage. Northwest Lodging International (USA) operates the Ramada Inn.

InfraCell

InfraCell has opened its corporate headquarters in Wilsonville, Ore., south of Portland. The new office has taken over corporate management responsibilities from the company's Jakarta, Indonesia, office, which was established when the company was founded 10 years ago. InfraCell provides technical services and contract staffing solution for wireless, broadband and Internet equipment manufacturers and carriers. Martin Cavassa manages the Wilsonville office. He said the new office will give the firm better access to both U.S.-based clients and Pacific Rim markets.

Philips Medical Systems

Philips Medical Systems North America of Bothell appointed Robert Kaftan as vice president of its magnetic resonance unit and William Cassidy as vice president of its computed tomography unit. Both Kaftan and Cassidy previously worked for General Electric Medical Systems and will work primarily out of Philips' Bothell office.

First Choice Health Network

Thomas Maschhoff was named head of First Choice Health Network's employee assistance program and physician assistance program. Maschoff is a founder of Maschoff, Barr & Associates in Tacoma and most recently served as president of the Wellspring Group. First Choice Health Network is a Washington-based company that provides health care services to members and preferred provider organizations throughout the Northwest.

Turner Construction

New York-based Turner Construction Company is expanding its interiors group to nine offices nationwide, including Seattle. Turner Interiors specializes in the customized outfitting of new and existing buildings. The company is currently involved in projects in Seattle for AT&T and Boeing.

Integrex

Integrex, a Bothell-based electronics manufacturing services company, named Alan Fuhrman as president. Fuhrman previously served as the company's senior vice president and has more than 18 years of experience in high-tech finance and operations.

Seattle University

Seattle University appointed Mary Lou Moffat as director of the placement center in the Albers School of Business and Economics. Prior to joining Seattle University, Moffat served as senior vice president of programs for Junior Achievement of Greater Puget Sound and had been with the organization since 1986.
