Seattle-headquartered WRQ named Jon Peacock vice president of marketing. Peacock manages worldwide marketing and business development strategies. Peacock has more than 18 years of technology experience and was a vice president of marketing at Best Software. WRQ builds software for accessing and integrating applications.

Don Jenkins, executive vice president of Bellevue's Baldwin Resource Group, will lead the company's property and casualty insurance operations. Jenkins has more than 30 years of experience in risk management and insurance.
Paul Gulliford, the owner of Federal Way-based 24/7 Home Inspection, recently received certification from the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. The institute provides electrical, heating and plumbing training as well as business development. Gulliford was with Boeing and also worked in construction.
Pat McElroy, executive director of regulatory programs at Washington State Department of Natural Resources, was elected president of the National Association of State Foresters. The association promotes sustainable forestry, conservation and protection of forestlands. McElroy will help family forest landowners manage their forests.

S. David Kozich has been hired as vice president and wealth transfer consultant for Sterling Savings Bank. Kozich has 18 years of experience in law, regional insurance and business coaching. He was vice president for Canada Life Assurance Co. Sterling Savings Bank is owned by Sterling Financial Corp. of Spokane, a savings and loan holding company.
Seattle-based law firm Riddell Williams P.S. added Courtney Seim, Charles W. West, Robert A. Hyde andMathew W. Pile. Seim and Hyde join the litigation and alternative dispute resolution practice group. West is in the maritime and admiralty practice group. Pile works on bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
Tacoma-based Russell Investment Group named Gerry Lillis director of relationship management in the firm's institutional investment services group. Lillis spent 24 years at J.P. Morgan and Co. and is based in Russell's New York office. Russell's investment group works on corporate retirement plans, public pensions, endowments and foundations. Russell provides investment products and services in more than 35 countries and manages $110 billion in assets.
