The Walter Clore Wine and Culinary Center announced Patrick McFarlan is executive director. McFarlan was most recently the director of sales and marketing at Willows Lodge in Woodinville. The Walter Clore Wine and Culinary Center is located on 22 acres adjacent to the Yakima River in Prosser.
Lawrence “Larry” Newton has joined the staff of Lovsted-Worthington as surety bonds producer and will be working out of the Bothell office. Newton has more than 30 years experience managing working with construction clients worldwide.
Seattle-based law firm Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker added employment attorney Patricia A. Eakes in its Seattle office. Eakes spent 17 years as a prosecutor with the King County Prosecutor's Office. Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker was founded in 1893.

Seattle-based Organic To Go, a certified organic retailer and casual café chain, has acquired Jackrabbit, a Seattle-based catering company. Jackrabbit founder and owner Peter Cassidy and about 30 of the staff will remain with Organic To Go. Cassidy will become the new head of kitchens and catering production. Organic To Go recently opened a café at Swedish Medical Center on Madison Street, joining four other locations in Seattle and on the Eastside.
Skamania Lodge hired Julie Parker as associate director of sales. Parker was senior sales manager at Semiahmoo Resort in Blaine. Located in the Columbia River Gorge, Skamania Lodge is one of 30 hotels, resorts and golf clubs managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts of Englewood, Colo.
The Downtown Seattle Association promoted Traci Salemme to events coordinator. She was an events assistant. The Downtown Seattle Association is a membership organization that works to make the urban core healthy.

Tacoma-based Rusty George Creative hired Victor Melendez and Samantha Davin. Melendez, a graduate from Cornish College of the Arts, is a designer. Davin, graduate of Eastern Washington University and the Art Institute of Seattle is a production designer. Rusty George Creative is a design and advertising firm.
Seattle-based HyperQuality named Jude Kavalam chief technology officer. He was a member of the senior leadership team at Clearsight Systems in Factoria.

Seattle-based Columbia Hospitality named Patrick Goodwin chief financial officer. He is a certified public accountant and a senior finance officer with 20 years of experience. Columbia Hospitality is a hospitality and consulting firm that manages boutique hotels, resorts, conference centers and event venues.
GrapeCity in Kirkland, a custom software solutions provider, has added Dave Watts as senior sales director. Watts has 25 years of experience and will help GrapeCity grow in the North American market. GrapeCity is an international firm headquartered in Sendai, Japan.
