Seattle-based EvergreenBank hired Brad Ogura as marketing director. Ogura has worked with EverTrust Financial Group and NeoRx Corp. EvergreenBank operates six full-service branches.
Seattle-based Hadley Green Creates, a full service marketing agency, hired Hamilton McCulloh as public relations director. McCulloh was with Richmond Public Relations and spent 13 years in television production.
The Delridge Neighborhoods Development Association named Derek Birnie executive director. Birnie brings 18 years of experience in community organizing and nonprofit leadership, and has worked with Washington Citizen Action and the Northwest Federation of Community Organizations. He replaces Paul Fischburg who founded the group.
Kirkland-based GotVoice, a voice messaging company, hired Mike Anderson as vice president of business development and sales. Anderson was co-founder of Fly Fashions and also worked at Washington Mutual.

The city of Renton hired Deborah Needham as emergency management director. Needham has been with Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency in Clark County for nine years. She will plan, organize and coordinate emergency management activities for Renton.
Bellevue-based law firm Inslee Best Doezie & Ryder hired Shawna M. Lydon as an attorney. Lydon works in the Business and Litigation Group.
Seattle-based First Sound Bank hired Amy Byrum as vice president and relationship manager. Byrum has worked with First Horizon Bank, Bank of America and First Mutual Bank.
Seattle-based NanoString Technologies hired Wayne Burns as chief financial officer and Jonathan Roy as vice president of sales. Burns was with Action Engine Corp. Roy was with Alfa Wassermann Proteomic Technologies.
