Helsell Fetterman

Seattle-based law firm Helsell Fetterman added Nancy C. Elliot, Jake Winfrey and Dan J. Keefe to the Health Care Practice Group. All three were with Reed McClure. Elliot has been named a Super Lawyer by Washington State Law and Politics magazine while Winfrey and Keefe have been named Rising Stars.

Hadley Green Creates

Seattle-based Hadley Green Creates, a full service marketing agency, promoted John Rubino to partner and managing director. Rubino has worked for the company for three years. Before that, he ran the global branding and graphic design practice at NBBJ for clients including Boeing, Vulcan and the Port of Seattle.

Prepared Response

Seattle-based Prepared Response, a developer of crisis management planning and response systems, hired Thomas J. Miller as vice president of federal sales. Miller has 20 years experience and was assistant to the secretary of the navy before joining the private sector. He will be based in the Washington, D.C. area.

Avenue A / Razorfish

Avenue A / Razorfish, an international interactive services firm, said Darin Brown is the agency's first chief strategy officer. Brown has been with the firm for 10 years. The company is an operating unit of Seattle-based aQuantive.

Dexterra

Bothell-based Dexterra, an international mobile solutions company, hired Leo Jolicoeur as chief operating officer. Jolicoeur was executive vice president and chief marketing officer at @Road.

The Edgewater Hotel

The Edgewater Hotel hired Rich Troiani as general manager of the Six Seven Restaurant & Lounge. Troiani was responsible for the opening of Kimpton Hotel Group's JSIX/JBAR in San Diego. He also has worked with the Mackay Restaurant Group.

Pierce County

Gary Predoehl, Pierce County's transportation and programming manager, is winner of a new award from the National Association of County Engineers. Predoehl is the first person to win the Project/Program Manager of the Year Award and has worked with the county for 13 years.

Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo named new managers for two downtown Seattle bank branches. Kamal Pillay, who managed the Seventh and Olive branch, is manager of the Westlake Center branch. Frano Cantor, who was a personal banker, replaces Pillay.

Washington Attorney General

The office of Washington Attorney General Rob McKenna hired Ryan Shannon as media relations manager. Shannon was a public affairs specialist and marketing analyst for State Farm. He will work closely with Kristin Alexander, whose title has been changed to Seattle media relations manager.

GalleryPlayer

Seattle-based GalleryPlayer, a high-definition content company, named Paul Brownlow, founder and chief technology officer, president. He replaces Kevin Akeroyd, who recently resigned and moved away from Seattle.
