Downs is the founder and former owner of Issaquah-based Foothills Consulting Group, which was recently acquired by CFO Selections.

The Tacoma Regional Convention + Visitor Bureau hired Zak Nelson as communications manager. Nelson was a senior publicist with Ten Speed Press in Berkeley, Calif.

Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria

Joe Fugere, the founder of Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria, will open his first Eastside location in Issaquah. The location at 715 Gilman Boulevard will open on Monday. The 6,000 square foot restaurant seats 210 with 40 seats on an outdoor terrace.
