CFO Selections

CFO Selections in Bellevue added three members to its QuickBooks practice. They are Mike Branch, Ed Morin and Charlotte Morin. Branch is an IT professional with 30 years of experience. He was founder and principal at White Rabbit Services. Ed Morin has 25 years experience as an IT professional and entrepreneur. He was a member of The Alternative Board. Charlotte Morin has 18 years of experience in both small companies and large corporate environments. She co-founded and was controller at a retail firm.

Model Metrics

Model Metrics, a cloud computing technology and services company and partner of salesforce.com, has been selected to operate salesforce.com's training center for the greater Seattle area. The Seattle center offers courses for administrators, developers and partners, as well as exam prep courses. Shannon Cunningham leads the training program.

GreenRubino, a Seattle-based full service marketing agency, added Keith Safavi as Web tester, Tad Keppler as IT administrator and Stacey Witt as bookkeeper. Safavi was a quality assurance engineer at Trailfire. Keppler was a technical reviews labs director at Porter Novelli. Witt was full charge bookkeeper and office manager at D. Carelli & Companies.

The Carhartt Store

The Carhartt Store, the first free-standing retail store carrying only Carhartt work-wear products, opened June 1 at Cascade Station shopping center in Portland. Buzz Wheeler created The Carhartt Store.

Ruth's Chris Steak House, Bellevue

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Bellevue hired Darrell Maxwell as general manager. Maxwell recently assisted in opening Hotel 1000 in downtown Seattle and was the assistant to the general manager at the Golf Club at Newcastle and Calcutta Grill.

Northern Lights

Tacoma-based Northern Lights Ventures has acquired an equity interest in Raven Capital Management. Raven Capital is a private equity firm focusing on asset-based credit investment opportunities. Raven was founded in 2007 by Josh Green, who previously served as a managing director in Merrill Lynch & Co.'s Global Structured Finance & Investments Group based in New York.

AAA Washington

AAA Washington, based in Bellevue, hired Sue Peterson as a general accounting supervisor. Peterson has 20 years experience in the accounting field and recently worked with Precor as a senior accountant.

First Sound Bank hired Jo Anne Seel as vice president and relationship manager. Seel has 19 years of commercial banking experience and has worked with Frontier Bank, Viking Bank and Key Bank.

LeMaster Daniels

LeMaster Daniels, a Spokane-based CPA firm, hired Richard Tedrow as a supervisor in the Bellevue office. Tedrow has 20 years of experience in the tax and accounting profession.

Airbiquity

Airbiquity, a Seattle-based wireless connected services company, hired Robert Crawford as director of sales. Crawford is a senior sales executive who has 22 years of automotive, wireless and navigation industry sales expertise and recently worked at Navigon North America.

ZymoGenetics

ZymoGenetics hired Eleanor Ramos as senior vice president and chief medical officer. Ramos will also serve as a member of the executive management committee. She is replacing Nicole Onetto, the company's former chief medical officer. Ramos joined ZymoGenetics in 2007.
