Willows Lodge in Woodinville hired Mike West as the rooms division manager. West worked at Hotel 1000 in downtown Seattle as assistant director of housekeeping, front office manager and guest services manager.
Lane Powell hired Timothy DeFors, Reuben Ortega and Jennifer Smith as associate attorneys. DeFors will work in the Litigation Group. He previously worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, D.C. Ortega will work in the Construction Group and was a research assistant for the University of Iowa College of Law. Smith will work in the Lloyd's of London Practice Group and was a law clerk with the Office of Attorney General.
Port Townsend-based Intellicheck Mobilisa, an access control and wireless security system company, has hired Marc Dalby as vice president of wireless business development. Dalby has 15 years experience in technology development and previously worked for Mikros Systems Corp.

Patricia Graf-Hoke has been named executive general manager of the Kitsap Peninsula Visitors and Convention Bureau. Graf-Hoke is president of a strategic marketing and communication company and was active for four years in the re-branding of downtown Bremerton.
Vulcan said Be Luminous Yoga Studio is a new retail tenant at its 2200 mixed-use development in South Lake Union. The yoga studio, which is set to open at the end of the year, is co-owned by Michel Eubank Spruance and Scott Francis and will feature Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga classes. 2200 is on the corner of Westlake Avenue North and Denny Way.
Wells Fargo Private Bank hired Lee-Norah Sanzo as senior trust and fiduciary specialist in Seattle. Sanzo has 24 years experience in wealth management and was recently a vice president and relationship manager with U.S. Bank Private Client Group.

GA Creative in Bellevue, a branding and advertising agency, hired Amy Polansky as its emerging media coordinator, in response to the agency's increasing use and exploration into social media as a marketing tool. Polansky is a recent graduate of the University of Puget Sound and has worked with local AM and FM radio stations, and with media platform RIPL.
Beverley Kiessig has been hired as closing manager for HomeStreet Capital, the income property division of HomeStreet Bank.
Evergreen Pacific Partners in Seattle, a private equity fund, hired Steve Wiesner as senior vice president. Wiesner will open the company's first California office in Los Angeles and drive new investment opportunities throughout the state. Evergreen has three portfolio companies with operations in California. Wiesner was a director at Lincoln International, a global middle-market investment banking firm.
