Berk & Associates, a public-policy and management consulting firm in Seattle, made three promotions. Julia Bosch and Fauna Doyle are senior associates and Jennice Hyden is senior marketing coordinator. Bosch is a policy analyst with a background in strategic planning and policy research. Doyle is a policy analyst and facilitator in the firm's Strategy & Policy Practice. Hyden is responsible for marketing, public relations and business development.
ColumbiaGrid, a nonprofit Washington membership corporation dedicated to improving the Northwest transmission grid, announced Snohomish County PUD is a member. With Snohomish, ColumbiaGrid has eight members and two non-member participants. The organization was formed in 2006. Other members include Bonneville Power Administration and Seattle City Light.
Everett-based Intermec hired Jim McDonnell as senior vice president of global sales. McDonnell spent 26 years at Hewlett-Packard where he held leadership roles across several divisions. Intermec develops, manufactures and integrates chain asset technologies.

Miller Nash promoted three attorneys to partner. Lisa Lui and Adam Hughes are in the Seattle office and Jason Conger is based in Bend, Ore. Lui joined Miller Nash in 2006 in the business department, focusing on real estate and construction law. Hughes joined in 2003 and focuses on business and employment litigation. Conger joined the firm last year and works on corporate, securities and venture capital law.
International Rehabilitative Sciences, a Vancouver-based provider of pain management and rehabilitation products and services, named John Konsin as president and CEO. Rick Terrell is retiring from day-to-day operations and will continue to serve as chairman of the board.
The University of Phoenix named two college campus chairs at the Western Washington campus. Vanessa Earl will be chair for the School of Arts and Sciences. Ed Miller has been appointed chair for the John Sperling School of Business and Information Technology.

Law firm Bullivant Houser Bailey said Erika Krikorian has been elected a shareholder. Krikorian practices in the Seattle office and works on complex litigation, intellectual property, Indian law and art law. She is also an adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law.
Law firm Oles, Morrison, Rinker & Baker hired Meredith Wyman as an associate in the Seattle office. Wyman is a member of the Construction Litigation Practice Group and the Federal Practice Group. She graduated from the Seattle University School of Law in 2009.
Business Wire named Morrissey Perfetti as vice president for the western U.S. She joined Business Wire in April of 2009 as regional vice president. She is based in Newport Beach, Calif., and is responsible for Seattle, San Francisco, Sacramento, Silicon Valley, San Diego, Newport Beach and the Los Angeles offices.
