Seattle-based Rainier Group consulting firm hired Steve Hilbert as wealth management consultant. Hilbert will develop new opportunities while working on the Business Advisory Services Team. Hilbert was vice president within Private Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan Chase.
Law firm Garvey Schubert Barer was selected for the 2011 Appleseed Award for Pro Bono Service by Washington Appleseed. Firm volunteers have contributed more than 200 hours to the organization, helping in matters such as assessing the impact of payday loans and advocating for the homeless.
F5 Networks hired Manny Rivelo as senior vice president, security and strategic solutions. Rivelo spent 19 years at Cisco Systems, where he was senior vice president, engineering operations and systems.

Law firm Riddell Williams hired Leslie Meserole as a principal. Meserole was a partner at Miller Nash. She focuses solely on health care, counseling hospitals, public hospital districts and physician groups in business transactions.
The Washington State Bar Association said Seattle lawyer Dainen Penta is the 2011–12 president of the WSBA Young Lawyers Division. Penta is an associate with Seattle-based Condominium Law Group. His practice focuses on creditors' rights in bankruptcy cases.
Columbia Bank has moved its Port Angeles and Sequim branches. The new Port Angeles space is at 602 E. Front St. and the Sequim branch is at 645 W. Washington St., across the street from its original location.

Your Local Market opens Friday at 410 Bellevue Way N.E., offering grocery delivery, online ordering and curbside pickup. The store was developed by Concept Development Group, led by Jason Brown, the founder of Organic to Go. Michael Johnson, formerly of Right by Nature Market and Organic to Go is chief food officer. Paul Wilcox, a former co-director of Larry's Markets in Kirkland, is store manager. Adrian Ballow is bakery manager. Gail Schollmeyer is produce and floral manager. Travis Lewis is seafood manager. Ken Weiland is wine manager.
Bothell-based Seattle Genetics hired James Kyle Bryan as vice president, medical affairs. Bryan is a hematologist and medical oncologist, and has 18 years of experience in oncology drug development. He was previously at PPD. Charles Smith was promoted to vice president, quality. Smith joined Seattle Genetics in 2003 and has worked in the Technical Operations Group.
The Washington State Bar Association said Tacoma lawyer Lynn Johnson won the Local Hero Award for her work with the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association.
