Providence Hospice & Palliative Care

Providence Hospice & Palliative Care made a series of new hires. Peg Rutchik, formerly executive director of Providence Hospice of Seattle, has been promoted to vice president of hospice services. Kathie Belsky, formerly branch director of Gentiva Health Services in Kent, has been named director of Providence Hospice of Seattle. Lori Hermansen, formerly senior clinical manager, has been promoted to director of Providence Hospice & Home Care of Snohomish County. Rutchik has more than 24 years of experience with Providence.

Overlake Hospital Medical Center

Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue acquired Issaquah Medical Group, now named Overlake Medical Clinics Gilman. As part of the acquisition, Overlake added two primary physicians, Elizabeth Lehmann-Taylor and John Henn, and an advanced registered nurse practitioner, Keya Chisholm, to its staff. The clinic is at 450 N.W. Gilman Boulevard in Issaquah.

Cairncross & Hempelmann

Law firm Cairncross & Hempelmann hired Jonathan Wright as of counsel. Wright worked at a boutique Seattle law firm that provided contract general counsel services to emerging and growth companies in high tech and biotech industries.

RMG Asset Management

Investment firm RMG Asset Management, formerly Ragen MacKenzie, made a series of changes. Mark McClure is president, managing director and senior financial advisor. Lance McIntosh is senior vice president, director and senior financial advisor. Andrew Campbell is senior vice president, director and senior financial advisor. McClure joined Ragen MacKenzie in 1994 and has 35 years of experience. McIntosh has been in the industry for 27 years and joined Ragen MacKenzie in 1992. Campbell has 24 years of experience and joined the firm in 1997.

Garvey Schubert Barer

Garvey Schubert Barer added five new attorneys in the Seattle office to launch the Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Practice. They are Greg Duff, Diana Shukis, Ryan McFarland and Michael Brunet as owners and Ruth Walters as of counsel. The group was with Cairncross & Hempelmann. Duff leads the group. His practice is focused on operations.

SonoSite

Bothell-based SonoSite, a bedside and point-of-care ultrasound company, hired Richard Salzar as vice president and general manager of Europe and Africa. Salzar has 30 years of experience in the health care industry and was recently president and founder of Ventana Consulting International and Renaudia Medical.

InfoSpace

Bellevue-based InfoSpace, a developer of metasearch products, said Eric Emans is chief financial officer and treasurer. Emans has served as interim chief financial officer and treasurer since August.

Coast Hospitality

Coast Hospitality hired Joe Figone as corporate director of marketing. Figone has 30 years of experience and has worked with Kimpton Hotels, Hotel Andra and MTM Luxury Lodging. Coast Hospitality manages and franchises over 40 hotel and resort properties throughout Canada, the western U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.
