Woodland Park Zoo is getting help from Chicago-based West Monroe Partners to develop a strategy for increasing attendance by people between the ages of 18 and 25. West Monroe Partners is an international business and technology consulting firm.
Miami-based Southern Wine & Spirits hired John Landry as vice president and general manager for the Washington, Oregon and Alaska offices.
Bellevue-based AAA Washington hired Cynthia Franklin as customer service unit manager. AAA Washington has been serving members and travelers since 1904.
Nordic Heritage Museum hired Dr. Lizette Graden as chief curator. Dr. Graden was director of the college of art and crafts in Sweden.

Puget Sound Energy hired Phil Bussey as senior vice president and chief customer officer. Bussey worked as president and chief executive officer of the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
Bellevue-based Cascade Water Alliance appointed Redmond Mayor John Marchione as chair of the board; David Knight, Covington water district commissioner, as vice chair and Tukwila Mayor Jim Haggerton as secretary-treasurer. Newly elected to the board is Fred Butler of Issaquah. Cascade Water Alliance covers eight municipalities.
Seattle-based Natural Molecular Testing hired Karthikeshwar Kasirajan, M.D. as chief medical officer. Natural Molecular Testing provides genetic testing of specific phenotypes.
Dendreon Corp. hired Joe DePinto as executive vice president of global commercial operations, Robert Poulton as executive vice president of technical operations and Christine Mikail as executive vice president, corporate development, general counsel and secretary. The biotechnology company is focused on cancer treatment.
